SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES

Please keep in mind that we are following the guidelines set forth by the State of Massachusetts and the CDC. The guidelines are subject to change in accordance with these agencies. We understand these procedures may seem extreme; however, we ask for your patience and understanding during this time. We are working quickly and diligently to be both accommodating and conscientious to your needs.

BEFORE ENTERING THE SALON

 

Before entering, when you arrive for your appointment, call the salon at 508-358-1662 to check-in.

 After checking in, please enter the salon with your mask on.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT

  

Guidelines and procedures for the salon reopening May 26th, incorporating COVID-19 precautions:

SCHEDULED GUESTS ONLY

Only scheduled guests will be allowed inside the salon, to enable all to practice social distancing (at least 6 feet). We’re fortunate to have over 7 feet between stylists’ stations due to the new configurations we made. 

NO GUESTS PLEASE

Please do not bring any guests with you. The reception area will be closed; refreshments and reading materials will NOT be offered.

SORRY, NO WALK-INS

Unfortunately, during this time we will not be accepting walk-ins, as per the guidelines set by the State of Massachusetts.

MASK REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES

All guests must bring their own masks, covering their nose and mouth; and wear the mask at all times during their salon visit (one that secures behind the ears is best). If you feel ill the day of your visit, have a cough or fever, please call the salon to reschedule your appointment.

TOUCH-LESS TEMPERATURE CHECK

Upon entering, a salon coordinator will perform a temperature check using a touch-less infrared thermometer. If it reads above 100.3 degrees Fahrenheit, you must leave and we will reschedule your appointment.

EXTENDED APPOINTMENT LENGTH

Your appointment may take a little longer due to sanitation/disinfecting protocols between and during appointments. Please plan accordingly.

NECESSITIES ONLY PLEASE

Please limit the belongings you bring with you into the salon. Bring only yourself, cell phone, and form of payment (credit card only) into the salon. Handbags will not be allowed.

ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS ONLY

We will not accept cash or checks at this time.

 

STYLIST TIPS

If you wish to tip your stylist, please have cash or check ready inside an envelope before you enter the salon. You may also use Venmo.

REGULAR SALON POLICIES

Late Cancellation Policy / No-Show Appointment

 

We take your appointments very seriously and allocate sufficient time to meet your needs. We understand that occasional schedule changes may be necessary, and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations, and 48-hours notice for appointments longer than 2 hours. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be incurred. No-shows without notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100%. Unusual and/or unavoidable causes for cancellation may be discussed with the management for a case-by-case waiver.

Service Policy

 

We request a 24 hour notification for cancellations, however, if you are receiving a chemical service, please provide a 36 hour notice, as a courtesy to our stylists. Services requiring appointments longer than two hours must be secured with a 50% deposit (refundable if cancellation is 72 hours prior to service). We provide a confirmation call for all appointments 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Pricing Policy

 

Our prices do vary by stylist. When calling for an appointment, our Salon Coordinator will gladly provide pricing for specific members of our team. Services are provided a la carte and styling services are not included with the price of chemical services. For detailed estimates, an in-person free consultation is recommended.

Children's Policy

 

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the waiting area at any time. Children are not permitted in the salon floor during the parent's hair service for the safety of the child. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Your support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated.

Dog Policy

 

With the exception of guide dogs, no dogs are permitted in the salon at any time in accordance with state regulations.
